The hotel was surprisingly affordable and met our basic needs adequately, offering more than expected for the low price paid. The room included convenient amenities like 2 queen beds, comfy chairs, and a kitchen area. However, the room condition was below par with issues like inconsistent air conditioning, bugs, old beds, and mold, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I had a room at a great price but struggled with almost zero signal strength and frequent issues with the electronics. Despite these challenges, I have stayed at other places that never had all of that stuff.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite a somewhat friendly staff, the room conditions were subpar with various issues like bugs, old beds, mold, and broken amenities. The overall smell of the room and building was very unpleasant, filled with mold, mildew, and cigarette odor. However, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was limited but satisfactory.

My stay at Gold Star Inn and Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms are rough around the edges with issues like hot air condition turning on and off, bugs, old beds, and mold in the bathroom. Despite the size of the room feeling more like an apartment, there were maintenance concerns like broken toilet seat and hanging bathroom door knob. On the bright side, the location was excellent, providing a quiet setting while still being close to restaurants and shopping areas. However, the dining options were limited, offering only cold cereal and bagels. The service seemed friendly, but the facilities could use some improvements.

The hotel had a terrible odor of smoke in the rooms, which was a major downside. However, the rooms were great in terms of comfort. The service experience, including a repaired faucet, was not top-notch with unfriendly staff and noise issues. The location was perfect overall but had a hole in the floor, affecting the experience. The dining options were poor, with a very limited selection and mismatched serving times. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for a basic stay.
